A structured, two-day live online workshop designed specifically for students who have just passed Class 10 and the parents supporting them. It covers everything that should happen before a stream decision is locked in - from understanding your own aptitude and interests, to an honest look at STEM careers, entrance exam realities, and a practical roadmap for Class 11 and 12. What the workshop covers: Day 1 focuses on self-assessment and the STEM landscape. Students work through a structured framework to evaluate their genuine interests and aptitude, understand the real difference between PCM and PCB, and explore the full range of STEM careers - including the ones no school career counsellor ever mentions. Day 2 focuses on planning. It covers the honest reality of JEE, NEET, and CUET - the numbers, the competition, the alternatives. Students leave with a roadmap for future, and parents leave with a clear checklist of what to do and what to stop doing. What is included: Every registered participant receives a Decision Workbook, a STEM Career Map covering 60 plus careers with entry paths and salary ranges, a Resource and Roadmap Handout with a 90-day action plan, and a Parent Action Checklist. All materials are designed to be kept and referred to long after the workshop ends. Format: Two days, online, weekend. One and a half to two hours each day. Live sessions with Q&A. Who should attend: Students who have just passed or are about to pass Class 10, and their parents. Suitable for students across CBSE, ICSE, and all state boards. He has worked with hundreds of students and professionals on career decisions through one-on-one counselling sessions and now brings that framework to a structured group format for the first time.

Cancellation Policy
1. Registration Policy - Your spot is confirmed only after successful payment. - A confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent within 24 hours of payment. 2. Refund and Cancellation Policy - No refunds will be issued once registration is complete. - In case of genuine emergencies, participants can request to attend the next available batch (subject to approval). - If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered. 3. Access Policy - Workshop access link (Stremyard/Zoom) will be shared 12 to 24 hours before the session via email or WhatsApp. - Participants are advised to join 5 minutes before the start time. - Late entry (after 15 minutes) may result in limited interaction or missed content. 4. Certificate Policy - E-certificates will be issued only to those who attend the full live session. - Certificates will be emailed within 3 to 5 working days after the workshop. 5. Post-Workshop Support - Participants can reach out via email or WhatsApp for doubt clarification for up to 7 days after the session. - Additional resources and tool links will be shared during or after the session (as applicable) 6. Code of Conduct - Respectful and distraction-free behaviour is expected throughout the session. - Disruptive participants may be removed from the session without refund.
